Minolta Autocord CDS Rokkor 75mm f/3.5 lens

The Autocord represents Minolta's entry into the premium TLR market. Technically, the Autocords were comparable to a Tessar-equipped Rolleiflex of the time, but the Autocords were sold at a significantly lower price. Some technical features, such as the focus lever protruding from under the lens panel, were even considered improvements over the more familiar German designs. Some photographers noted the ergonomic advantage of this design over knob-focus TLRs like the Rolleiflex, as it was not necessary to move the camera in your hands to focus as opposed to winding it in.

This Minolta Autocord CDS is equipped with a Citizen-MVL shutter and a Minolta Rokkor 1:3.5 f=75mm lens and a battery-powered CDS exposure meter, rather than a selenium one.

The machine has been overhauled and is in perfect working order, complete with original case ready.
